摘要
报告1例进行性特发性皮肤萎缩患者后期皮损上出现局限性硬斑。患者女,34岁。20年前右腹部出现小片皮肤色素沉着及皮肤变薄,不痛不痒,未治疗。2年前萎缩区中央出现硬斑,无自觉症状。组织病理检查证实为进行性特发性皮肤萎缩型硬皮病。
A case of idiopathic atrophoderma of Pasini-Pierini is reported.A34-year-old lady began to have a patch of pigmentation and atrophy on right abdomen skin20years ago.The year before last year,an indurate plaque was found on the original atrophy lesion.Histopathology study proved the diagnosis of idiopathic atrophoderma of Pasini-Pierini with the coexistence of atrophy and indurate plaque.
