摘要
目的 观察大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤后一氧化氮 (NO)和一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)活性的变化及雷公藤多甙 (GTW)对其的影响。方法 用线栓法建立大鼠脑缺血再灌注动物模型 ,灌胃法给药 ,硝酸银还原法测定NO含量。结果 脑缺血再灌注损伤后 ,大鼠脑组织中NOS活性、NO含量随时间延长而进行性升高 ,GTW能抑制NOS活性的升高 ,减少NO的产生。
Objective To observe the changes of nitric oxide(NO)and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats and the impact of multi-glycosides of TWHF(GTW).Methods Rat cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury model was established with ligation method and GTW administered by gastric tube.NO was measured with method of silver nitrate deoxidization.Results Aflter focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion,the activifies of NOS synthase and the contents of NO in rats'brain increased with time.GTW could inhibit the activities of NOS and reduce the content of NO.Conclusion GTW might have protective effect on focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
