摘要
目的 探讨急性甲胺磷中毒大鼠膈肌损害及突击量氯磷定对其保护作用。方法 96只SD大鼠皮下注射甲胺磷制备有机磷中毒模型 ,并给予不同治疗———阿托品或阿托品 +突击量氯磷定 ,观察各组大鼠不同治疗情况下、染毒后不同时间膈肌组织病理学和超微结构的改变。结果 给予突击量氯磷定治疗组大鼠膈肌病理损害较单用阿托品组轻 ,病变恢复快。结论 急性甲胺磷中毒可致膈肌损害 。
Objective To study the morphological changes of the diaphragm in methamidophos intoxicated rats and the protection of concentrated dose pralidoxime chloride.Methods An experimental model of SD rat was made by subcutaneous injection of methamidopho.96 rats were assigned to the control group,the atropine group and atropine+pralidoxime chloride (PAM CL)group.The morphological changes of the diaphragm at different times from 1 to 12 days were assessed.Results All the poisoned rats showed histologic damage in the diaphragm.The damage of the atropine+PAM CL group was milder than that of the atropine group.Conclusions Organophosphate can induce diaphragmatic morphological changes and concentrated dose pralidoxime chloride could attenuate the injuries.
