摘要
无铬木质素降粘剂(LGV)是以木质素磺酸钙和栲胶为原料合成的木质素磺酸-栲胶接枝共聚物。本文考察了原料配比对产物在粘土上的吸附性、抗盐性和降粘能力的影响。研究表明,合成时引入栲胶能增强产物在粘土上的吸附性;引入木质素磺酸可提高产物的水化抗盐性;木质素磺酸与栲胶在某一最佳用量比时产物的降粘能力最强。
A new type, LGV, of chronium-free mud thinners is being developed using graft reaction of vegetable tannin (VT) onto calcium lignosulfonate(CLS). Varying CLS/VT ratio from 1: 1 to 4: 1, the thinner properties of the resulting reaction products are investigated. The adsorption of the reaction products on clay particles is higher than that of both initial CLS and VT, the highest adsorption is observed at the ratio 1:1. Icreasing CLS/VT ratio leads to stronger hydration and salt-tolerance (higher values of sulfonation volume and salt out concentration determined). On the basis of the characteris tics of the mud with 0.5% reaction product it can be concluded that CLS/VT ratio=3:1 gives LGV reaction product with the best thinner behavior. The experimental results are discussed.
