摘要
CZP 是由农村产品制取的新型发泡剂。本文用目前常用的几种泡沫性能测试方法评价了CZP 的性能。结果表明,CZP 对高温、高矿化水有很好的适应能力,能在凝析油和 H_2S 存在的矿化水中及广泛的 pH 值范围内保持优良的泡沫性能,加量少、携液量大,可作为气井排液用发泡剂。
Foaming agent CZP is prepared starting from compressed cake of rape seed after the vegetable oil having been extracted from it and consists of carbohydrates derivatives, organic acids,nitrogen-containing compounds and a little quantity of alkaloids.By using Ross-Miles' apparatus,Waring blender,and apparatus with gas streaming and bubbling, the foaming performance of CZP is investigated by contrast with OP-10 and a commercial foaming agent CT5-2.The foaming capacity of 0.5-1.0% aqueous solutions of CZP at 20℃ is the highest and remains constant or even increases with temperature increasing from 25℃ to 90℃,especially in the presence of NaCl (7%) and CaCl_2 (1%) while that of other foamers usually decreases with temperature.The foaming capacity of CZPat20℃ increases with pH increasing,its changes in pH range,however,are not notable.The foaming capacity of CZP is affected very slightly by H_2S saturation and in acceptable extent-by natural gas condensate and kerosine in mineralized formation waters.The liquor- carrying capacity of CZP foam is comparative to or better than that of CT5-2.The minimum use level of ZCP is only a half of that of CT5-2 in the basis of 90% liquor- carrying capacity.
