摘要
本文报导了由 W/O 乳液型聚丙烯酰胺 TDG-IR+交联剂和改性氨基树脂 TE-3+固化剂形成的互穿聚合物网络调剖剂的室内研制和现场应用试验,给出了基本配方和性能,讨论了各种影响因素,介绍了施工工艺技术,通过典型井例说明了施工效果。
A novel profile controller for water-injecting wells is developed from aqueous inter- penetrating polymer network (IPN) systems.The general formulation is (on the basis of dry materials):PAM in W/O emulsion (TDG-IR) 0.5-0.8%,crosslinker Na_2Cr_2O_7 0.02-0.8%,modified amino resine (TF-3) 0.8-1.2%,curing agent NH_4Cl 0.01-0.6%; for the wells with temperatures below 70℃ hexamethylenetetraamine,1,3-dichloroprop- anol or a polyaldehyde in 0.03-0.5% are used istead of NH_4Cl.With proper formula- tion adjustment,profile controllers in mineralized waters of various sources for wells of temperatures 35-150℃ with varying gelation times can be obtained.The profile cont- rolling technology is described in detail.The field tests in many injection wells of different Oil Fields are successful and beneficial.
