摘要
本文简要介绍了大庆萨南油田开展CO_2驱油试验,在腐蚀与结垢问题上所采取的防护措施和方法。
A pilot CO_2 immiscible flood programme in titled area of 0.09km^2 has started in july 1991 and is planned to last over two years,one year of periodic CO_2 gas injec- tion and another of water flood.The first six months show no indication of corrosion or scaling even after CO_2 having appeared in produced liquid.A complex of measures has been taken to prevent from any corrosion or scaing.Besides of installations,pipe- lines,and measuring equipments made from anticorrosive materials or with inner protec- tive coatings,following technologieaI means are to be pointed out:dehydrating wet CO_2 gas to dew point lower than -20℃ at 0.8MPa;separately injecting CO_2 gas and waters; introducing corrosion/scaling inhibitor DX8901 into annular space of injection wells every half a years;introducing DX8901 downhole into producing wells continuously;intro- ducing DX8901 into injection water in the transition period of cyclic injection of CO_2 gas and water plugs;deoiling,degasifying,and properly treating separated waste water. The technological schemes for every systems of production are described in some detail.
