蒸气驱用的高温发泡剂:合成与基本性能 被引量:10

SYNTHESES AND LABORATORY EVALUATION OF THERMALLY STABLE FOAMING AGENTS FOR USE IN STEAM-FOAM FLOODING

摘要 在室内合成了α-烯基磺酸盐(AOS)和直链烷基芳基石油磺酸盐(AAS)系列和一种石油磺酸盐共9个品种,其中AOS和AAS的6个品种通过了工业扩大试验。简要介绍了合成工艺。以美国一些高温用发泡剂为对比样品,在室内评价了合成样品的室温发泡能力、泡沫稳定性、在溶液中的热稳定性、耐盐耐油性、吸附损失,讨论了与化学结构的关系。筛选出的样品AOS_3可在200℃以下、AAS_2和AAS;可在300℃以下用作蒸汽泡沫驱的发泡剂,用量0.5%—1.0%。在初步模拟驱替试验中,使用这些样品在残余油饱和的人造砂岩岩芯中产生了很高的封堵能力,测得的阻力因子很高。 Nine samples of foaming agents have been synthesized in laboratory,including α-ole- fine sulfonates,AOSs,n-alkylarylsulfonates,AASs,and petroleum sulfonate,PS-YB-z, and six of them prepared in pilot scale.The samples together with some commercial foa- mers manufactured by US companies(Chevron,Sun Refining,Shell,and Nalco)have been Studied comprehensively in laboratory experiments for determining ambient temperature foaming capacity,foam stability in time(half life time),thermal stability in solution, adsorption on quartz sand,salt tolerance,and partitioning in oil phase(crude oils).The AOSs and AASs with alkenyl or alkyl chain length more than C14,being not the power- tul foamers at anabient temperatures,are shown to be the most thermally stable ones and might be recommended for use in steam-foam flood at temperatures up to 200℃(AOS3) or up to 300℃(AAS2 and AAS5).These are tolerent to salt and oil in certain extent, their adsorption on sands is not high(the higher the temperature the less the amount of their adsorption).In a preliminary simulating experiment on flooding residue oil-saturat- ed cores at 200℃,the0.5—1.0% aqueous foaming solution-N_2 systems have shown vory high flow resistance factor for the oily cores having been steam flooded,the flow resistance factor is comparatively low for the cores tlooded by hot water.
