摘要
含H_2S井完井液对井下金属管串具有腐蚀性。采用锌基或铁基螯合物除硫剂及咪唑啉缓蚀剂可有效地防止这种腐蚀的发生。本文对H_2S的腐蚀、除硫剂和缓蚀剂产品及其对产层的损害作了介绍与探讨。
This article reviews the sulfide scavengers and corrosion inhibitors for use in dril- ling-in fluids,i.e.drilling fluids in contact with oil/gas reserviors,in H_2S-containing wells.For sulfide scavengers,the requirements to be met,types of chemical compounds, reactions involved in sulfide scavenging,and limiting factors in uses are presented and informations about commercial products available abroad and is China are tabulated. Those recommended in this article are Zn-compounds and Fe-chelates.Of corrosion inhibitors amines and imidasolines are presented and the laters are emphasized and discussed in terms of their structure-performance relationship.As an unique problem for drilling-in fluids the formation damage caused by these two kind of chemicals in various ways are discussed.
