摘要
针对中原油田地层水敏问题,研制出PTC型粘土稳定剂。这种稳定剂是一种阳离子型有机聚合物与KCl或NH_4Cl的复配体系。室内评价结果表明该剂具有长效、易溶于水、和酸的配伍性好,特别适用于中低渗透地层的特点,已在中原油田现场大规模推广使用。
PTC type clay-stabilizers are developed to solve the troubles in production and injec- tion wells in Zhongyuan Oil Fields caused by water sensitivities of the reserviors with low to medium permeability.These are aqueous solutions of poly-2-hydroxypropyldimethyl ammonium chloride(≥50%)as main component and KCl or NH_4Cl(～20%)and graded according to molecular weight range of the polymer.Their use level is 0.5-1.0%(active substances)depending on polymer grades,as asertained in laboratory flow tests on natural cores.The PTCs can be used in perforating,acidizing and fracturing operaticns for both productio and injection wells.The technological aspect of these operations is described. Field results in 30 production and 25 water-injection wells are satisfactory and some examples are detailed.
