摘要
目的 探讨经前胸壁途径内镜甲状腺切除术的可行性。 方法 8例直径 2 2mm～ 38mm甲状腺良性肿瘤经前胸壁途径行内镜甲状腺肿瘤切除。 结果 手术时间 6 0min～ 180min ,平均 12 0min ,术中出血 10ml～ 5 0ml,平均 2 0ml。无术中、术后并发症 ,颈部不留疤痕。 结论 经前胸壁途径内镜甲状腺切除术是甲状腺良性肿瘤安全有效的手术方式 ,并能达到满意的美容效果。
Objective To study the possibility of endoscopic thyroidectomy. Methods Benign thyroid tumors, with diameter between 22 mm and 38 mm, were successfully removed in 8 patients by endoscopic thyroidectomy through anterior chest wall. Results The mean operation time was 120 min (range, 60 min～180 min), and the mean intraoperative blood loss was 20 ml (range, 10 ml～50 ml). No intraoperative or postoperative complications occurred. And no scars remained. Conclusions Endoscopic thyroidectomy through anterior chest wall is a safe and effective procedure for benign thyroid tumors, with excellent cosmetic results in the neck postoperatively.
