摘要
本文通过对四川气田输气干线事故的统计分析,说明了内腐蚀是管道事故发生的主要原因。文中对管道内壁的均匀腐蚀、坑蚀、应力腐蚀和冲刷腐蚀的机理和影响因素作了说明和分析,以此制订干线腐蚀控制方案。实践证明,输气干线采用缓蚀剂保护可以减轻管道的内腐蚀,达到延长管道寿命的目的。
By statistically analysing those accidents of gas trunk line at Sichuan OaS Field, the paper concludes that the internal corrosion is the main reason in pipeline accidents. In the article, such mechanisms and effects as even corrosion, pit corrosion, stress corrosion and erroded corrosion on the internal wall of pipeline have been explained and analysed, so that the corrosion controlling program for trunk line has been worked out. Thepractice shows that the internal corrosion of gas trunk line could be solved and that the pipeline life may be prolonged by adopting the protection of corrosive buffer.
