摘要
本文以近几年来对大型油罐进行整治施工的现场管理实践为素材,从老式油罐的技术状况、整治设计和施工进展入手,对油罐整治中的四个技术环节:①罐底边缘板拆除及边缘板与部分壁板的更换;②对油罐边缘板治理的思考;③浮顶改造,④油罐底板的处理等问题进行了剖析和评价。
Based on such cases that large oil tank being repaired under the site management in recent years, this article analyses and evaluates the following four poims in tank repairing management with the consideration of technical condition, repairing design and construction progress for old type oil tank. These four points are:1) disassembling the edge plate at tank bottom and replacing the edge plate and some wall plate; 2) considering how to repaire the edge plate of oil tank;3 ) renovating the floating roof; and 4) treating the bottom plate of oil tank
