应用表面活性剂的协合效果研制高效润滑剂 被引量:1

摘要 本文对表面活性剂的界面吸附原理和协合作用进行了论述,并应用这一理论,通过试验开发了HNF系列润滑剂。同时还揭示了同系列阴离子型活性剂的协合作用,该作用使活性剂分子对钢钻杆界面的吸附力大大增强;不同阴离子型表面活性剂混合叠加,使润滑剂耐碳酸盐腐蚀;阴离子和非离子型表面活性剂协合,能增强润滑剂抗Ca^(++),Mg^(++)污染能力,并对活性剂作为钻井液的润滑剂综合应用作了探讨。 In this paper the interfacial adsorption principle and the coordination effect of surfactant are described. On the basis of this theory, a series of HNF lubricant has been developed through the experiment and trial. Meanwhile, it is revealed that anionic surfactants of the same kind have the coordination effect which can greatly improve their interfacial adsorption to steel drillstring; that the mixing and combining of anionic surfactants of different kinds make the lubricant resistant to carbonate; that the coordination of anionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant can improve their resistance to the contamination of Ca^(++) and Mg^(++). The comprehensive use of surfactant as lubricant of drilling fluid is also discussed.
