摘要 系统介绍JPEG2 0 0 0感兴趣区域编码技术的基本原理和核心算法 ,阐述ROI掩模的概念及计算 ,并实现对含有感兴趣区域图像的重建 。 Introduces the theory and core algorithm of the coding technology of ROI in JPEG2000 standards, then illuminates conception and computation of ROI mask, and successfully reconstructs an image with ROI, finally discusses and compares MAXSHIFT method and Scaling-based method.
