摘要
目的 :从枸杞子中萃取黄色素。方法 :采用超临界 CO2 流体萃取方法。结果 :萃取温度、压力和时间对萃取率有影响。结论 :确定了最佳萃取工艺条件 。
Objective: The Lycium Barbarum was taken as experimental material to extract yellow pigment from lycium barbarum .Method: The supercritical fluid CO 2 were used in extraction.Result:Under supercritical condition ,the extraction temperature, pressure and time had effects on the extraction rate . Conclusion: This optimum technology is determined, providing bases for its batch process .
