摘要
目的 介绍鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术保留鼻中隔软骨的优越性。方法 65例鼻中隔手术中 ,鼻中隔粘膜下切除术 2 1例 ,鼻中隔成形术 44例。结果 鼻中隔成形术可有效地解决鼻中隔偏曲的问题。
Objective To introduce the advantage of the septal-plasty retained septal cartilage by nasal endoscope.Methods The investigation included 21 cases submucous resection of the nasal septul and 44 cases septal-plasty .Results Septal deviation can be effectionly trcated by septal-plasty. Conclusions Endoscopic septal-plasty is an ideal surgey which can avoid the disad ;vatantages by endoscipic submucous resection.
