摘要
目的:探讨老年消化性溃疡的临床特点。方法:经胃镜诊断的75例老年消化性溃疡与同期143例中青年消化性溃疡进行胃镜、临床资料对比分析。结果:老年消化性溃疡的主要临床表现:上腹部疼痛、嗳气、上腹部灼痛的出现率低于对照组(P<0.01),而胃溃疡、高位溃疡的发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),合并消化道出血、穿孔的比率高于对照组(P<0.05),伴发疾病,尤其是心、脑血管疾病高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年消化性溃疡具有临床症状不典型,胃溃疡、高位溃疡发生率高,并发症及合并症多的特点。
Objective To study the clinical features of peptic ulcer in senile patients.Method All patients were assessed by the en-doscopy.The clinical symptoms and the results of endoscopy were analyzed on the75senile cases with peptic ulcer and compared with the143cases with peptic ulcer in the young-middle-aged patients hospitalized at the same time .Results The incidence rate of the main clinical symptoms was lower in senile patients(P<0.01).The incidence rates of the gastric ulcer and the highly-locality ulcer were higher than that of the contrasted group (P<0.05),the easily complicated the perforation and hemorrhage of digestive tract were higher than that of the contrasted group(P<0.05),the accompanying diseases,especially in whom the cardiovascular and the cerebrovascular dis-eases were higher than that of the comtrasted group(P<0.05).Conclusion The senile patients with peptic ulcer were characterized as the atypical symptoms,highly-incidence rates of gastric ulcer,highly-locality ulcer,complications and accompanying diseases.
