摘要
我国企业业务外包发展的主要障碍来自企业对外包的传统观念、外包的风险、缺乏全国协作的地方经济管理体制、社会生产的专业化分工与协作的较低水平,并说明了消除这四种主要障碍的措施。以信息技术产业为例,具体说明了信息技术应用服务外包的障碍与对策。最后,为扩大我国企业业务的外包,文章提出了提高社会生产专业化分工与协作水平的相关措施。
This article holds that the major impediments to developing of enterprises'outsourcing in china come from traditional ideas about outsourcing, the risks of outsourcing, the management systems of local-economies in a lack of national co-operation, the lower levels of specialized division and coordination of social production. The article explains the countermeasures to four types of major impediments. By taking IT industry as an example the impediments and their countermeasures to outsourcing of application service of information technologies are concretely analyzed. For the sake of outsourcing enlargement in chinese enterprises the article puts forward the relevant measures to raising of the levels of productive specialized division and coordination.
