摘要
糖精生产中要排放大量含铜酸性废水和酯化废水,利用废铁屑与含铜酸性废水作用制备金属铜和聚合硫酸铁,并用聚合硫酸铁作絮凝剂处理酯化废水。试验结果表明,每吨含铜酸性废水可制得8.5kg铜粉及230kg浓度为158~160g LFe3+的聚合硫酸铁,处理后的酸性废水中硫酸的含量降低了83.5%、Cu2+的含量降低了85.0%;再用聚合硫酸铁处理酯化废水,在优化条件下,沉降30min,酯化废水的COD、色度去除率分别达到86.8%、88.5%。
A great quantity of acid wastewater containing copper and esterification wastewater were drained away in producing saccharin. Copper and polymerization ferric sulphate were prepared from scrap iron filings reaction with acid wastewater containing copper.Esterification wastewater was treated by using polymerization ferric sulphate as flocculant.The resuls shown that 8.5kg of copper and 230kg of polymerization ferric sulphate containing Fe^(3+) 158~160g/L from 1 ton of acid wastewater containing copper ,and the removal efficiencies of H_2SO_4 and Cu^(2+) in acid wastewater containing copper can gain 83.5% and 85.0% respectively . Esterification wastewater was treated with polymerization ferric sulphate again.Under optimum conditions, the removal efficiencies of COD and colority of esterification wastewater can reach 86.8% and 88.5% respectively by subsidence 30 min .
