摘要
分析了RS232、RS422 RS485各标准接口的特点以及实现接口转换的必要性,为满足采用从端口取电所能提供的电流要求,提出采用低功耗技术,设计了基于单片机技术的RS 232至RS 485 422接口转换电路,并对各组成部分的功能进行了分析。该转换器以微型低功耗单片机为核心,很好地实现了接口电平的智能控制,大大提高了其通用性和灵活性,外围接口电路均选用了低功耗新型器件,实现了系统的小型化和低功耗。
The characteristics of interface on RS232,RS422/RS485 and the necessary on interface-conversion are analysed in detail. Considering the demand of electric current from interface,the technology of lower-power consumption is used, the converter circuit based on MCU in between RS232 and RS422/RS485 is designed, and the functions of all modules of the circuit are described. Through using lower-power consumption of MCU and interface element,intelligent control for the interface of signal transform is realized commendably. The characteristics on small-volume and lower-power-consumption are also realized for the converter.
