摘要
近年来的扩招和学科综合发展给农科高校图书馆带来挑战的同时也带来机遇。本文结合华南农业大学图书馆近几年来面对学校规模扩大形成的压力 ,通过不断改革机制和完善服务手段等措施迅速适应读者需求的做法加以探析 ,进而为单科院校向综合院校发展过程中 。
Both challenge and opportunity existed simultaneously in agricultural university libraries in enrollment expansion and domain integration in recent years. Combined with the situation of the Library of the South China Agricultural University, this paper introduces some countermeasures to reduce the pressure from the increasing work and diversity of services. These practices revealed that operation reform mechanism, and new methods and technique are both important. These experiences and practices are useful to the library of domain specific universities to get adapted to the trend of enrollment expansion and domain integration recently and in the future.
