摘要
目的 :探讨口腔颌面外科全麻手术患者的呼吸道管理。方法 :收集 8例口腔颌面外科全麻手术发生呼吸道并发症患者的资料 ,对其病因、措施及救治方法进行分析。结果 :呼吸道并发症病因多样 ,导致后果较为严重 .正确分析病因 ,采取措施 ,可有效防范呼吸道并发症的发生。结论 :在术前、术中、术后妥善管理好呼吸道 ,是防止发生呼吸并发症 。
Objective:To explore the management of the respiratory tract of general anesthesia in oral and maxillofical surgery.Methods:The causes of disease,prevention and treatment of 8 patients with pneogaster complication of general anesthesia in oral and maxillofacial surgery have been respectively analyzed from 1995 to 2000.Results:The cause of respiratory tract complication are serious . However, the complication can be avoided effectively by correct assessment and immediate treatment.Conclusions:To have good management of the respiratory tract from pre-(intra-,post-)surgical care is the crucial point to prevent the happening of respiratory tract complication,and a guarantee to have secure medical treatment as well.
