摘要
目的 :目前临床上手术治疗舌根部血管瘤有 3种手术进路 ,本研究旨在这些舌根部手术中找到一种最佳进路。方法 :9例舌根部血管瘤按切口分为三组即下颌旁侧进路 3例 ,在下唇正中至颏下点向后作平行下颌下缘切口线 ;颏正中进路 3例 ,在下唇正中作切口 ,经颏下点至舌骨上 ;口周前进路 3例 ,在颈颌线交界处作一弧形切口。结果 :不同的手术进路有不同的手术视野 ,可导致不同的组织损伤和并发症产生。结论 :舌根部血管瘤手术进路中下颌旁侧进路比颏正中进路更易暴露术野 。
Objective:To obtain the best methods in three operative approach for hemangioma of tongue base.Methods:Nine cases be divided into three groups according to incisions in surgical preceded of hemangioma,with following three types:the lateral mandible,mental former,the front of peripheral mouth.Results:Different operative approach could effected the field of vision during operation,led to different tissue injury and complications.Conclusions:It is important that select an operative approach in hemangioma of tongue base, the approach of the lateral mandible has a more clearly operative vision than the approach of mental former, but its complications is least in the approach of mental former and the front of peripheral mouth.
