摘要
根据工程机械液压系统工况特点 ,设计了基于WEB的液压系统故障诊断专家系统。介绍了专家系统的总体结构 ;着重论述了该专家系统的知识库的构成及其内部的推理机制。系统利用了WEB数据库及网页编程的技术特点 ,充分发挥Internet收集、共享知识和数据的优势 ,改善了诊断专家系统的性能并扩展增强了系统的诊断功能。在专家系统的内部推理机制上利用了专家系统的正向推理及深度优先的搜索方式。已将该系统运用到某工程机械的推铺机液压系统的故障诊断中 ,收到了很好的效果。
According to the condition characteristics of engineering machinery's hydraulic system,an expert system of hydraulic system fault diagnosis is designed in the paper based on WEB.The total structure of the expert system is built,and the composing of the knowledge base of that expert system and its inner inference mechanism are emphasized. The system,which made use of the database of WEB and the technique characteristics of the web pages,brings the Internet superiority which accumulates,and shares the knowledge into full play,and improved the performance of the expert system of fault diagnosis. The inside of expert system exerted forward inference on the fault diagnosis. This system has applied in some hydraulic system. It is very valuable to apply this system to practical applications.
