摘要
通过对白蜡、石蜡、蜂蜡等物理性能的测定,分析不同组分的蜡的特性及所得到的蜡染效果,并对染料浓度、保险粉用量、氢氧化钠的用量等工艺因素对染色得色效果和花纹效果的影响进行研究,得出合理的工艺条件。
By determination the physical properties of white wax, paraffin wax and beeswax, the character-istics of different waxes and the batik dyeing effects are analyzed. The effects of such factors as dyesconcentration, amounts of hydrosulphite and sodium hydroxide on the color yield effect and pattern effectare investigated. Then the rational processing conditions are obtained.
