摘要
基础教育课程改革需要我们重新思考教师教学基本功，需要我们以一种新的视角重新看待“三字一话”、语言表达及课堂教学等方面的教学基本功要求，需要广大教师练就新的教学基本功，如现代信息技术的运用、校本课程开发与实施、协作教学、教学科研、教学评价等。
The curriculum reform of basic education requires our reflection on the traditional requirements of the basic teaching skills such as handwriting and mandarin, language expression and classroom teaching. Teachers need to have some new basic teaching skills such as the application of modern informational technology, the exploration and implementation of school-based curriculum, cooperative teaching , teaching and research, teaching assessment, etc.
