脑梗死及血管性痴呆患者血清血管紧张素转换酶活性与脑功能的相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究血清血管紧张素转换酶(angiotensin-convertryenzyme,ACE)活性在脑梗死及血管性痴呆患者血清中的水平及与脑功能的相关性。方法:采用毛细管电泳法测定47例血管性痴呆(vasenlardisese,VD)患者、43例脑梗死患者、30例健康对照者(HC)血清ACE活性。结果:与健康受试者(22.62±5.44)μmol/(min·L)比较,脑梗死患者血清ACE活性(19.26±5.11)μmol/(min·L)显著降低(t=2.32,P<0.05),尤其是伴发高血压患者(18.42±5.20)μmol/(min·L)及男性患者(19.71±4.99)μmol/(min·L);而VD患者血清ACE活性(21.95±7.19)μmol/(min·L)虽亦稍低于脑梗死受试者,但无统计学意义。结论:脑梗死可致血清ACE活性降低,与脑组织损伤程度有关,与脑功能状态有关。 AIM:To study the association of serum angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) activity in cerebral infarction and vascular dementia with brain function. METHODS:The serum ACE activity in 47 cases of vascular dementi(VD),43 cases of cerebral infarction(CI) and 30 health controls were measured by means of capillary electrophoresis-ultraviolet detection. RESULTS:Compared with the health controls[(22.62±5.44)μmol/(min·L)],the serum ACE activity was significantly lower in the CI patients [(19.26±5.11)μmol/(min·L)](t=2.32,P< 0.05),especially in those patients with hypertension[(18.42±5.20)μmol/(min·L)]and male ones[(19.71±4.99) μmol/(min·L)].The serum ACE activity in the VD patients was(21.95±7.19) μmol/(min·L),slightly lower than that in the normal controls, but significant difference was not found between the two groups. CONCLUSION:The serum ACE activity decreases in the event of cerebral infarction,which is related with the degree of cerebral tissue damage and the state of brain function.
