摘要
通过对CNE_2细胞的实验研究,探讨了激光与顺氨氯铂的治癌机理,指出它实质上是一种光敏治疗。
Cis-Diamminedichloroplatinum(Ⅱ)(cisplatin) is a antitumour drug,but there is noreport of treatment of cancer by cisplatin with lasers. In present paper we describe the experimentalresults of lasers and cisplatin on the CNE: Cells, which mechanism is essentially a sort ofphotosensitizing therapy.
