摘要
本实验采用低能量氦氖激光连续辐照不产核黄素的棉病囊霉酵母菌,在较高功率密度处获得突变菌落,通过薄层层析,高压液相色谱及荧光光谱分析方法,证明突变菌株产生新的代谢产物——核黄素。经过多次传代,进一步证实此诱变所得的新性状是可以稳定遗传的。
50mW He-Ne laser was used to irradiate Ashbya gossypii, which doesn't produceriboflavin, and mutants were obtained at 20 mw. Results of High Perfermence Thin LayerChromatography, Reverse Phase-HPLC and fluorenscent analysis show that one of the new metablicproducts is riboflavin. The mutantsstill produce riboflavin after generations of culture, indicating thatthe new radiation induced property is stably inheritable.
