摘要
用KCl:Li^+晶体的F_A(Ⅱ)心,实现了低温色心激光运转,以2.5 W的Ar^+激光泵浦激光输出功率达22.0 mW,调谐范围2.4~2.9μm,峰位于2.65μm。分析了影响激光输出的各种因素。
A F_A(Ⅱ) color center of KCl: Li^+ crystal is prepared in our laboratory. On theFCl-10 color center laser cavity, a low temperature color center laser operation is implementedfor the first time in our country. When the Ar^+ laser pump of 2.5 W is given, it shows a laseroutput up to the power of 22.0 mW, a Wa <elengthtunable range of 2.4--2.9μm, and a peak wa-velength at 2.65μm. The influences of various factors on laser output are discussed in the lightof its output characteristics.
