摘要
传统的鼻咽部囊肿多采用揭盖治疗,因囊肿内壁未切除,术后易出血,常复发。本组用Nd:YAG激光治疗18例,全部治愈。
18 patients with nasopharyngeal cyst were treated by Nd:YAG laser. None of themhad relapsed. The cure rate was 100%. The laser therapy was much more sufficient than coven-tional operation in treating nasopharyngeal cyst.
