摘要
测量了不同温度下NO气体的空间交叉相位匹配CARS光谱,并将其与理论计算谱进行拟合,从而实现了用CARS方法测量系统中点的温度。
The Q branch CARS of NO gas at different temperatures have been measured byFolded BOXCARS. By Comparing the theoretical spectra with the experimental ones, the pointtemperature measured by CARS thermometry was obtained.
