摘要
研究了高能量密度的激光形成的应力波对7475-T 761铝合金及30 CrMnSiNi 2 A高强度合金钢硬度及疲劳寿命的影响。证明30 CrMnSiNi 2 A及7475—T 761的疲劳寿命均有提高。表明LSP能增加金属表面的位错密度。
The effect of high intensity laser induced stress waves on the hardness and fatigueproperties of 7475 Aluminium, 30 CrMnSiNi 2 A steel were investigated. Laser shocking of thesealloys increases the hardness of 30 CrMnSon 2 A. The fatigue life were increased by laser shock-ing the region around the fastener hole before drilling. Also the transmission electron micrographsbefore and after laser shocking were shown. The microstructure with relatively high dislocationdensity after shocking was observed.
