十二烷基磺酸铁催化合成氯乙酸异丙酯 被引量:10

Catalytic Synthesis of Isopropyl Chloroacetate by Ferric Tri(Dodecanesulfonate)

摘要  以十二烷基磺酸铁为催化剂,对氯乙酸与异丙醇之间的酯化反应进行了研究,考察了反应时间、催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比等因素对氯乙酸异丙酯收率的影响。实验结果表明,反应的最佳反应条件为:氯乙酸的物质的量为0.1mol,醇酸摩尔比为1.3,十二烷基磺酸铁质量为2g(约2.5mmol),带水剂环己烷的体积为6mL,反应时间为60min,酯收率达86.7%,且所得产品无色透明,具有很高的纯度。催化剂重复使用5次仍保持较高活性。合成反应条件温和,反应时间较短,操作简便,后处理过程简单,无三废产生。同时对产品红外光谱进行了表征。 The esterification of chloroacetic acid with isopropyl alcohol catalyzed by Ferric tri(dodecanesulfonate) is reported. The effect of different factors, such as reaction time, the amount of catalysts and the ratio of chloroacetic acid to isopropyl alcohol on the yield of isopropyl chloroacetate were studied. The experiment results show that the best of reaction condition are as follows: when the amount of chloroacetic acid is 0.1 mol, the ratio of isopropyl alcohol to chloroacetic acid is 1.3, the amount of catalysts is 2 g(2.5 mmol), cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 6 mL. Through reacting 60 min, the yield of isopropyl chloroacetate reached 86.7%. The product is colorless and transparent. The catalyst keep high capability after reuse five times. In this process, under the mild reaction condition, the three wastes can not be produced with easy manipulation and after-treatment, and short reaction time. The product is characterized by IR.
