摘要
介绍了采用半导体激光器为光源、PIN管为光电接收器的小型多普勒测速装置,为多普勒测速仪向便携式发展开辟了途径。
In this paper, we demonstrate a miniature LDV device, using a semiconductorlaser diode and a PIN-diode as its light source and photodetector respectively. The possibility ofminiature was proved. This provided an effective route to develope a portable laser-Doppler-Velocimeter.
