摘要
介绍了一种基于PLD技术的光导纤维拉制塔控制系统.以拉制塔控制系统中的石英预制棒加热炉温控系统为例,阐述一种由PLD器件构成的数据采集和反馈控制系统的原理、功能及软件设计.该系统具有工作速度高、编程灵活的优势,能精确地控制加热炉的温度,从而保证光纤直径的准确性.
A kind of control system based on PLD technology is described. Taking the quartz bar heating temperature control in the system with PLD for example, the system's data acquisition,mechanism, function and software design of feedback control are expounded in detail. The system's high speed and flexible programming makes it possible to accurately control the temperature of heating stove,so as to ensure the accuracy of optical fiber's diameter.
