喂料辊是1420横切机组的控制核心 ,根据两年来对机组调试和维护的经验 ,阐述了喂料控制的原理 ,并详细分析了造成喂料偏差的原因 ,最后给出了保证喂料精度需采取的措施。
Feeder roll is the core machine for the1420Scroll Sheeting Line(SHL).Based on two-year's commissoning and maintenance experience,the control princile and the cauese to feeding error in detail is described.The methods to improve feeding accuracy are also provided.
