摘要
探索新型的物业管理模式、提升我国当前的物业管理服务水平,是实现亲情社区建设目标的必要条件。结合目前我国城市的居住软环境实际情况,分析了亲情社区建设过程中物业管理尚存在的一系列问题。针对这些问题,以建设亲情社区为目标,以“人本管理、善待需求、服务到位、沟通平台”四个模块为核心,构筑了亲情化物业管理模式。最后,就该模式的实施结果测度、人力资源建设、实施误区问题进行了初步探讨。
It is the critical demand of accomplishing amicable community via analyzingnew property management pattern in order to improving current property managementlevel. According the status of our urban residential soft environment, analyzed aseries of problems of property management during building amicable community. Aimed atthese problems, in order to building amicable community, formed the Property ManagementPattern Based on Amicability, which is consisted of four modules-human management,kindly to requirements, satisfied services, bridge of communication. At last, probedinto the evaluation of the pattern's result, human resource management, actual errors.
