摘要
本文介绍了意大利SM—1型磨毛机的磨毛机理,分析了影响磨毛效果的因素并对磨毛工艺参数进行了优选。通过生产试验,基本上掌握了生产技术要求。该机对加工中、厚织物的平磨及花磨较为适宜。
The sueding mechanism is given here to the SM-1 sueding machine from Italy. After analysing the fac-tors affecting sueding action, the author did a lot of works on selecting optimum parameters of sueding opera-tion. Production tests indicate it is easy to master this technology. This machine is suitable of medium or heavy fabric, both for plain and pattern sueding.
