摘要
针对高校工科类实验室建设项目特点,提出实验室建设项目全程化管理的思想。通过对建设项目任务分阶段细化,制定相应管理规章制度,明确实施管理要点,保证全程化管理思想的落实。
Aiming at the characteristics of engineering lab construction projects at universities, this paper advanced the idea of whole-process management of lab construction projects by dividing the tasks at different stages, making corresponding rules and regulations on the management, and nailing down the key points in implementing management to ensure the fulfillment of the whole-process management.
