摘要
从节能化和融合化观点,介绍日本液压技术的发展动向。节能化经历了五个发展阶段,即节流阀控制、负荷感应阀控制、负荷感应泵控制、泵容积控制和泵回转数控制。目前,泵回转数控制的产品已研制出来,并正在普及。“融合化”概念来自于液压技术不断引进电子技术、计算机技术等长处,进行液压元件的组合化或一体化,使液压传动控制不断向高性能、智能化、节能化等方向发展。注重环保也是液压技术今后的主要发展动向之一。
In the view of POWER SAVING and HYBRID, this paper presents the trend of Japan's hydraulic technology. So called POWER SAVING has had 5 phases of development i.e throttle valve control, load sensing valve control, load sensing pump control, pump displacement control and pump speed control in which the pump speed controlled products have been developed and will en-ter in popularization stage. And 'HYBRID' concept is from the fact that the hydraulic technology combines with electronics and computer technology. This combination and integration push the hydraulic technology forward the directions of high performance, intelligent and power savings. It is also one of major developments for hydraulic technology to be paid more attention to environ-ment protection.
