摘要
太浦河泵站底板是典型的大型软土地基基础板.应用有限单元法对底板进行了空间三维和简化的平面二维结构分析,分析中考虑了底板、基础、墩墙和顶板的共同作用.计算结果表明:垂直流向的应力和内力,平面解和空间解的数值和分布都存在很大差异.廊道部位底板平面解是上压下拉的正弯矩,而空间解是上拉下压的负弯矩;在底板流道跨中部位,平面解结果偏于安全,但在墩墙部位,平面解结果可能偏小.
The foundation slab of the Taipuhe Pumping Station is a typical large-scale foundation slab on soft soil. Accurate 3-D and simplified 2-D FE structural analysis of the slab is performed, with the interactions of the slab, foundation, abutment, and upper plate taken into account. The calculated results of the stress and internal force perpendicular to the flow direction show that there are great differences in quantity and distribution of the 2-D solution and 3-D solution, the differences varying with the cross-sections selected for calculation. The 2-D solution of the stress distribution of the slab in the section of the gallery near the abutment shows that it is under the action of the positive bending moment, while, just the opposite, the 3-D solution shows that it is under the action of the negative bending moment, and the 2-D solution of the stress of the slab in the middle part of the channel shows a large margin of safety of the slab, while in the section near the abutment, it may be a little unsafe.
