摘要
多种利益角色的存在是图书馆版权平衡提出的现实基础;如何科学合理地划分图书馆在版权平衡体系中的利益角色是实现图书馆版权平衡的最终落脚点。现对这两者的相关理论问题进行探讨。
The presentation of library copyright balance is based on the existence of multi - interest roles, the realization of library copyright balance depends on the rational distribution of interest roles among libraries in the library copyright balance syetem. This paper discusses the two related theory issues deeply.
