摘要
在简要分析了AHP和模糊综合评价 2种系统评价方法特点的基础上 ,把 2种方法结合起来 ,对油库安全系统进行分析 ,从人员、设备、管理、环境等因素出发 ,建立了油库安全评价指标体系 ,进而提出了多级AHP -Fuzzy综合评价方法。实例证明 ,该方法具有 2种方法的优点 。
AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are combined to analyzed the oil depot safet system.A evaluation index system for the oil depot safety is set up,based on the people,device,environment and management,and the layer AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is put forward.The example shows that this compound method not only have the advantages of the two methods and can guarantee the objectivity of the evaluation result.
