摘要
本文对我国台湾地区银行民营化的路径进行了研究。从台湾发展民营银行的背景入手,分析了台湾民营化的准入路径、市场定位、股本结构等方面的特征,并在此基础上总结了台湾发展民营银行的基本经验和教训,以便为我国大陆选择民营银行的发展路径提供有益的借鉴。
This article analyses the privatization path of Taiwan'banking. Starting with Taiwan's financial background, we conclude the characteristics of private bank development path and summarize the experiences and lessons.
