摘要
目的探讨SARS医务人员心理健康相关因素,为有效心理干预提供参考。方法症状自评量表(SCL-90)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、生活质量综合评定问卷中的精神紧张度和生活质量总体评价、以及自编SARS认知和情绪评价调查表对心理健康的相关因素进行相关分析和回归分析。结果主要影响因素为SCL-90的强迫状态、人际敏感、抑郁和躯体化等因素,积极的应对方式,社会支持度,以及对抗击SARS工作的认知评价。结论应针对有关影响因素探讨有效心理干预工作。
Objective To study relative factors of mental health of anti-SARS medical staff,thus pro-viding the basis for effective psychological intervention.Methods Symptom Checklist90(SCL-90),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)and Questionnaire on SARS by authors were used on a medical staff of122in Xiaotangshan hospital of PLA.The relative factors of mental health of the medical staff were analysed by logistic regression.Results The main relative factors of mental health of the medical staff were obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,somatization of SCL-90,positive coping style,social support,the evaluation of work,the total appraisal of living on SARS and so on.Conclusion More exploration of psychological intervention should be developed based on the analysis of the relative factors.
