摘要
以氯离子-三异辛基十六烷基季铵离子缔合物为活性物质,制备了聚氯乙稀(PVC)膜氯离子选择性电极.电极在1 0×10-3~1 0mol/L范围内呈线性响应关系,检测限为5×10-4mol/L,响应时间约5s,漂移小于1mV/h,平均斜率为47mV/pC.电极的重现性、稳定性良好.采用该电极测定了人造尿液和稀释尿液中氯离子的浓度.用标准加入法,在人造尿液中氯离子的回收率在96 0%~102 5%之间;在稀释尿液中氯离子的回收率在90 3%~98 5%之间.该方法的标准偏差(SD)<3%,P<0 05.
The chloride ion selective electrode based on PVC membrane was prepared using chloride-cetyltrisooctylammium ion-pair complex as the electroactive material. The linear range of chloride ions was 1.0×10^(-3)~1.0 mol/L, the detection limit 5×10^(-4) mol/L, the responsible time about 5 sec, potential drift less than 1 mV/h, average slope 47 mV/pC. The electrode is stable and has a good reproducibility. It can be used to determine the concentration of chloride ions in the diluted urines and the artificial urines with recovery rates of 96.0%~102.5%and 90.3%~98.0%, respectively, under the standard addition condition. The relative standard deviation for a sample is less than 3% with P<0.05.
