摘要
个人恐怖犯罪与有组织的恐怖犯罪有明显的区别。个人恐怖犯罪也会造成严重的公共安全危害。近几年 ,我国境内发生的多起投毒、爆炸案件都造成人员重大伤亡和财产巨大损失。引起个人恐怖犯罪的原因 ,包括对社会严重不满和对他人极端仇视等复杂原因 ,其中反映了当前社会转型期各种复杂的矛盾。为了防范个人恐怖犯罪造成的危害 ,全社会都要更多地了解个人恐怖犯罪的特点和危害 。
There are obvious differences between individual te rr orism crimes and organized ones. Individual crimes also may lead to severe publi c security damage. In recent years, there were several criminal cases of poisoni ng and explosion that had caused heavy casualties and huge property damage. The causes of individual crimes are complicated ones including serious dissatisfacti on towards society and extreme hostility towards others, they reflect various co mplex contradiction in current transforming social period. In order to prevent t he damage caused by individual crime, the whole society should understand the ch aracteristics and damage of it so that proper reaction would be taken in these k inds of crimes.
