摘要
目的 探讨旋转体位行清洁灌肠的效果。方法 将 10 0例行清洁灌肠的患者随机分为两组 ,研究组(5 0例 )行旋转体位清洁灌肠 ,对照组 (5 0例 )行传统左侧卧位清洁灌肠 ,经腹部平片、X线钡灌肠等方法观察结肠清洁效果 ;按照肠腔清洁效果 3级评定法 ,对旋转体位清洁灌肠方法进行临床效果评价。结果 清洁灌肠后能满足影像学检查要求者研究组 4 9例 (98% )、对照组 4 0例 (80 % ) ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 旋转体位清洁灌肠安全有效 ,操作简便 ,经济实用 。
Objective To evaluate the effect of making cleaning enema in posture of rotation.Methods 100 cases undergoing cleaning enema were randomly divided into experimental group in which 50 cases were given a cleaning enema in posture of rotation and control group in which 50 cases were given a traditional cleaning enema in left lying position.The cleaning effect in colon was observed by means of abdominal plain film and X-ray examination of barium enema.Cleaning enema in posture of rotation was evaluated according to the three grades of evaluating method of cleaning effect of intestinal cavity.Results 49 cases (98 percent) in experimental group and 40 cases (80 percent) in control group can satisfy the conditions of examination of imaging techniques.There was remarkable significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The cleaning enema in posture of rotation is a safe and effective,operating conveniently,economical and practical way with better cleaning effect in intestinal cavity,which is easily accepted by patients.
